Cooperation protocol was signed between the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization and the Directorate General of State Supply Office to promote products with environmental labels on 06.04.2021.
In State Supply Office purchases; It is aimed to increase the demand for environmentally labeled products and to increase the awareness of environmental label applications and to spread sustainable public procurements with the cooperation protocol to support the suppliers of these products.
This protocol is also an indication that implementation of sustainable public procurement in Turkey. Within the scope of the protocol, studies in the following areas are planned:
