The Environmental Labeling System of Turkey was introduced at the International Level with the Side Event Organized at the 27th Conference of the Parties (COP 27).

The 27th Conference of the Parties to the United Nations (UN) Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP27) was held between 6-18 November, hosted by Egypt. Representatives of 197 countries participated in COP27, and 77 side event programs were held at the COP 27 Conference in order to convey and promote Turkey's work on climate change at an international level.

As the Turkish Environmental Labeling System, we organized a side event titled "Combating Climate Change and Environmental Labeling Practices: The Case of Turkey" and in our event, the benefits of responsible production in the world and in our country, the effects of environmental labeling applications on climate change and the cleaner production methods applied by producers with environmental labels in our country were explained.
