A meeting of the Technical Review Commission was held to prepare the criteria for the Environmental Labeling of Footwear, Semi-Finished/Finished Leather, and Leather Goods product groups.

The payment studies for the product groups registered within the scope of the Turkish Environmental Labeling System are carried out in accordance with the TS EN ISO 14044 standard between our Ministry and the Middle East Technical University within the framework of the "Procurement of Services for Criterion Determination Studies within the Scope of the Turkish Environmental Labeling System (TÇES) Power Project" with Life Support.

A "Technical Review Commission Meeting" was held on January 19, 2026, to evaluate the draft environmental labeling criteria for the footwear, semi-finished/finished leather, and leather goods product groups. Members of the technical review commission participated in the meeting. The final draft environmental labeling criteria will be created with detailed information for each section.

Participation in the online meeting included representatives from the public sector, private sector, and civil society.
